A person needs to practice diplomacy in all aspects of his life. Whether on a personal or social level, at work or with family, wife and children.
What is diplomacy, how can we learn it, and how can we hone our diplomatic skills, master them, and then practice them.
Diplomacy is a word taken from the Latin word Diploma, which means document/paper/brochure. It is the systems and means of communication between member states of the international community, and it is the means of conducting negotiations between nations.
This science has developed until it has become one of the sciences that is taught and trained, and requires special skills, practice and application. It has surpassed the need for it until it has become one of the necessities of life that the individual and society cannot do without.
One of the aspects of diplomacy; Official diplomacy is used by heads of state, ambassadors, international representatives, official bodies in countries, and others, and it extends to their families and loved ones due to the necessity it requires for their dealings with others.
Among the aspects of diplomacy: Popular or public diplomacy (soft power), concerned with influencing other peoples, and its forms include media - educational scholarships - culture - mental image of the state - mobilization, campaigns, and others.
Among the aspects of diplomacy as well: Humanitarian diplomacy, charitable diplomacy, relief diplomacy, and other types that are related to disasters and post-war events...
As for personal and social diplomacy, it is the skills you need and the use of emotional intelligence and psychological and social factors to deal with others around you. Your dealings with your family need diplomacy, your dealings with your husband need this skill, and your dealings with your young son and getting down on your knees to be on his level and talking to him is... Diplomacy. Talking to your teenage son and daughter and listening to them and their problems is diplomacy. Your dealings with your close colleague at work, the psychological colleague, the narcissistic colleague, and the negative colleague need the skills of diplomacy. Your dealings with your supervisor and your dealings with those under your responsibility are also diplomacy.

All these skills and many others like them; It will enable you to adapt to your surroundings, because you will be able to exchange cultures and experiences with others, understand their feelings, and overcome difficulties in different relationships, whether at work, home, or anywhere.
A diplomatic personality is a person who possesses communication skills in life. Diplomacy is always a required quality. Because a person is always exposed in his life to many problems and obstacles that he must overcome in order to be able to coexist with others, and his life will be interrupted by many people with different points of view. He may be forced to deal with them, and therefore diplomacy must be one of his most important qualities.
In the end; A successful diplomatic person is a person who has the ability to deal well with others and with good morals. God Almighty said to his Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace: “Embrace pardon and enjoin what is right and turn away from the ignorant” (Al-A’raf: 199).
