Government Excellence According to the European Self-Assessment Framework (CAF 2020)

Course Description:
This course introduces government leaders and employees to the CAF 2020 model, one of the key European frameworks for assessing and improving institutional performance through self-assessment. The course aims to enable participants to apply CAF standards in their institutions by analyzing performance, identifying improvement areas, and developing enhancement plans aligned with global best practices in government excellence.

General Objective:
Enhancing government institutions’ ability to apply CAF 2020 to improve organizational performance and achieve sustainable excellence through self-assessment and continuous improvement tools.

Detailed Objectives:
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

1. Understand the philosophy and standards of CAF and its importance in government development.

2. Conduct systematic self-assessment according to CAF 2020.

3. Identify strengths and improvement opportunities based on the nine CAF criteria.

4. Develop institutional improvement plans based on assessment results.

5. Use measurement and analysis tools to achieve continuous performance improvement.
