Course Description:
This course focuses on presenting the latest international practices in institutional performance governance and enhancing operational efficiency within government entities through monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement systems. It provides participants with an integrated framework to understand the relationship between governance, quality, and operational excellence, supported by global case studies from the EU, UAE, and Singapore, along with practical applications in performance measurement and operational policy development.
