Overall goal:
Enabling participants to master the use of professional photographic machines and their accessories, and improving the trainee’s skills in creating photographs based on scientific and artistic foundations.
Course topics:
- A glimpse into photography.
- How do I choose my first camera (types of cameras, sensor, megapixels, most famous brands, technical comparison, realistic comparison).
- Exposure triangle (introducing the camera, lens aperture, shutter speed, ISO, shooting modes).
- Lenses (introduction to lenses, types of lenses, focal length, prime lenses, zoom lenses, lens symbols, lens relationship with the sensor)
- Macro lenses (macro lenses, telephoto lenses, telephoto filters, inverted lens).
- Photometer and Focus (Introduction to Photometer and Focus, Photometer, Types of Photometer, Focus, Auto Focus, Manual Focus).
- Outdoor photography (introduction to outdoor photography, aperture effect, shutter speed effect, ISO effect, focal length effect).
- Photographic image composition (rule of thirds, centering rule, framing rule, guiding lines rule, patterns, full frame, negative space, simplification rule, balance rule).
- Lighting, focus, and filters (natural lighting, indoor lighting, flash, reflectors, filters).
- White balance, adjustment and care of photographic equipment (white balance, raw image, editing in Photoshop, care of photographic equipment).
