Program description:
The program aims to develop strategic planning skills; Which represents the comprehensive plan that links all parts and activities of the institution, and achieves constructive coordination between them.
Also, clarifying the difference between achieving the organization’s goals, which is through creating limited development that can be achieved through daily methods and practices of management, and creating comprehensive development and change for the organization and reorganizing its goals and priorities, as it is not possible to be satisfied with the daily methods and practices of management, modification, and change only; But what is required is to bring about change according to the required development and goals.
The general goal of the program:
• Training on the correct methodology for advanced strategic planning.
• Providing trainees with basic knowledge and applied skills in strategic planning and keeping departmental sub-plans in line with the institution’s general plan.
