A training workshop on the future skills needed by the labor market
The Development and Training Academy (DTA) organized a training workshop last Friday with a group of university students in Istanbul on the future skills needed by the job market and its challenges.
Dr. Bilal Yassin, the head of the academy, opened the workshop by welcoming the students and introducing the academy, its goals, and the challenges facing contemporary training processes. On the other hand, Dr. Marwan Muslim, the director of training programs at the academy, facilitated dialogue among the students, listened to their concerns and aspirations in light of the rapid changes required by the job market. Their suggestions to enhance professional training and ways to achieve its goals were also recorded.
Finally, the meeting concluded with the academy offering some training scholarships to the students to support their professional development.
