This course focuses on applying Design Thinking methodology to develop human resource practices within government institutions, aiming to create a more human-centered, innovative, and performance-driven work environment. It enables participants to redesign HR processes—including recruitment, training, motivation, and evaluation—in ways that address employee needs while supporting institutional goals. The course is delivered through analytical and creative approaches that foster innovation in solving HR challenges.
